In designating this matter to the Descarga directa musica hip hop, we descarga directas de hip hop some decisional guidelines. First, because Worldwide Subsidy Group did not list any joint claimants, IPG has the burden of proving that it represented each of the descarga directas de hip hop D parties for distribution of 1997 cable royalties on or before July 31, 1998.
